Portia and Scarlett PS21139 is Pageant Evening and Prom Gown Ready made with the 2021 season glitter beaded fabric. PS21139 is made with our in house manufactured thick stretch lycra fabric, embellished with beaded and encrusted lace panelled down the bodice and side finished with a feather trim. The dress is a standard size make with more than moderate stretch over the hips and bum, the model wears size 2 and is 175cm tall wearing 10 cm high heels. Base fabric is Portia and Scarlett manufactured Lyrca overlayed with netting and embellished with a centre back zip
